Buhleni Farm Chalets – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Buhleni Farm Chalets. By booking accommodation through our website or staying at our property, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Bookings
Reservations can be made directly through our website or via third-party platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, and others.
When booking via third-party platforms, their terms (regarding payments, changes, and cancellations) may apply in addition to ours.
Direct bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment as specified in the booking confirmation email & Invoice.
2. Payment and Cancellation Policy
A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking if booked directly.
Full payment must be completed on arrival unless otherwise specified.
For direct bookings, cancellations made:
- More than 7 days before arrival: Full refund.
- Less than 7 days before arrival: No refund.
- Refunds may exclude payment processing fees.
Cancellation policies on Booking.com, Airbnb, and other platforms will apply if the booking was made through those channels.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in: From 2:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition.
Any damage, loss, or breakages caused during the stay must be reported and may be charged to the guest.
Only registered guests are allowed on the premises unless otherwise agreed in advance.
It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure they are familiar with the location of Buhleni Farm Chalets and its distance from their intended activities and points of interest in Eswatini. Buhleni Farm Chalets is not liable for any complaints or claims arising from misunderstandings about location or travel distances.
5. Use of Facilities
Facilities are provided for registered guests only and are used at your own risk.
Buhleni Farm Chalets is a working farm; guests must respect farm operations and boundaries.
Children must be supervised at all times.
6. Liability
Buhleni Farm Chalets accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
Guests are responsible for their own safety; care should be taken especially around farm equipment, animals, and uneven ground.
Buhleni Farm Chalets shall not be liable for any accident, injury, or illness arising during your stay.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable events beyond our control).
8. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for reservation and communication purposes.
We will never sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
9. Changes to These Terms
Buhleni Farm Chalets reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
